We can access funding for residential new build, conversion or refurbishment projects. Part-commercial projects will also be considered.

How much can I borrow?
We can access funding for up to 75% of the build cost of your development, with a maximum of 60% GDV. We can access funding for loans of over £500k. Maximum loan values are negotiable based on your circumstances.
